“Pay What You Decide”
To make Winter Street Center’s concerts more available to all, the entire season is now on the basis of “Pay What You Decide” (PWYD).
How It Works:
• Make a general admission seating reservation for just $5 per ticket.
• Come enjoy the concert (doors open for general seating at 6:30 pm)
• Make a payment as you leave the concert hall!

Pay What You Decide FAQ
What is “Pay What You Decide?”
”Pay What You Decide” (PWYD) is exactly what it sounds like: there is a low-cost deposit at reservation, and a low financial risk, providing you the opportunity to decide the value based on your experience.
How does Pay What You Decide work?
General admission tickets are available to reserve in advance with a $5 reservation fee. You can pay by donation when you arrive, and there is no obligation to contribute more. You decide the price based on your experience, additional amounts are welcome and appreciated.
Is there a minimum ticket price?
Yes, a $5 deposit is required with every reservation.
What does the money support?
All money collected helps pay our artists and support the renovation of Winter Street’s main hall. We hope that you will give generously.
So, how do I get my tickets?
All tickets are held at the door for “Will Call” before each performance.
Reserving a ticket online guarantees your seat reservation. All seating is general admission, first come first served, and is usually limited to 75 seats. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the performance. Doors open at 6:30 and music starts at 7:00 pm
Please note: If we don’t hear from you before a sold-out show, any unclaimed reservations will be released to the waiting list 10 minutes before show time.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made at the door either before or after the performance by cash, check, or credit card. For convenience and in the interest of minimizing delays at the end of the evening, we encourage you to make your donations in cash or check.
Can I change the date of my reservation?
At least 24 hours in advance of the show you can send us an email at office@sagadahocpreservation.org and we would be happy to change the date of your reservation to a future concert.
Is Winter Street Center Wheelchair Accessible?
The historic Winter Street Center was built in the 1840’s, long before elevators or escalators had been invented. SPI is working on a plan to install an elevator, but at the present time it is not an ADA-compliant building.
How can I contact SPI with any other questions?
Feel free to email us at office@sagadahocpreservation.org
